Adrienne Everett appointed as NED

Accloud’s team is very pleased to appoint Adrienne Everett to its board as a non executive director (NED). Adrienne is forward focused and a strategic senior business leader, commanding over 15 years of experience at the intersection of financial services and diversity gained at large corporate organisations and startups on the forefront of the biggest digital innovation. She is dynamic and adaptable in approach, with a strong commercial acumen deployed to facilitate challenging growth journeys. Integrity-driven and recognized by London Tech Advocates as one of the top black female leaders in technology. A demonstrable commitment to championing the cause of advancement of diversity, which draws on a proximity to complex business scenarios to provide a constructive challenge within the boardroom, influence decision making and cultivate a sector of inclusion through global expertise in financial services. She combines a real-world commercial skillset with executive oversight to instigate positive change within organisations, providing a unique perspective on innovation, disruption, and diversity.

Ms. Everett serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors for Terra Property Trust, Inc. (TPT). TPT is a real estate finance company that originates, structures, funds and manages high yielding commercial real estate investments, including mezzanine loans, first mortgage loans, subordinated mortgage loans and preferred equity investments. Ms. Everett also serves as an Independent Director of a subsidiary of TPT, Terra Secured Income Fund 6, and is the Chairman of the Nominating & Governance Committee, and serves as a member of the Audit Committee, and the Valuation Committee.
