London, Jan 7th 2021. Accloud announces the exclusive appointment of Wilson Street Capital Pty Ltd in the raising of capital in the Australian jurisdiction. The company is pleased to formalise a relationship that will raise the capital required to complete its listing on the London Stock Exchange’s (LSE) AIM board. Wilson Street Capital has shown itself to be well connected in the Australian market and very capable in the capital markets. Accloud will use the funds to further expand its roll-out in India and begin roll-out in central and east Africa.
