Ross has 30 years at the forefront of the ITC industry. His contribution has included creating one of the first computer manufacturers in Taiwan, distributing quality products into the UK, Central Europe, Scandinavia and USA. He has extensive experience of developed export markets throughout USA, South EastAsia and Europe as well as online business strategies and applications locally and around the globe. Ross was deeply involved in the Application Service Provider(ASP) market during the 1990’s, which gave him extensive experience in client server computing and the next generation of utility and cloud computing. During the early stages of Internet adoption he was instrumental in developing distributed technologies to support low bandwidth capacity even with thick client applications. Ross has always been a natural leader, and especially in the technology arena, where he has been able to consistently see market opportunities and to develop new businesses ventures to fill the market gaps.

A reputed banker-turned-venture capitalist and entrepreneur, Dr. Bijna Kotak Dasani MBE, FRSA, has served the World’s most prestigious institutions in the financial services industry, including Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, SSgA, Lloyds Banking Group, Morgan Stanley, etc. A strong advocate of DE&I, for which she was also awarded an MBE, and also an appointed member of the United Nations (UN) Women UK delegation, Bijna serves as an advisory board member for various companies and funds across the globe, has featured in various publications, periodicals and interviews across geographies, hosted / judged a portfolio of initiatives and has earned numerous awards, accolades & recognitions.

Don Baladasan has several years of experience executing the strategic plans of high growth companies. He has operated as Group MD, COO, and CFO for businesses that have undergone rapid transformation. This includes raising capital, IPOs, internationalisation, restructuring, and developing management teams. Don has integrated newly acquired brands, products and companies with a focus on finance, governance, and commercial synergies.
Don founded Mataxis, a consultancy that specialises in advising and partnering fast-growing entities. Don initially studied Medicine at Guy’s Hospital before completing a BSc in Economics at Bayes Business School. He is a qualified chartered management accountant having trained on the Financial Times graduate scheme. He holds a PGDip in Artificial Intelligence for Business from the University of Oxford. Don has held senior finance and operational roles in blue chip businesses such as Pearson, WPP and BUPA.
